RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you're not satisfied with an order, eligible item(s) can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of the order date for store credit, excluding shipping charges. Credit will be applied to an Emprada E-Gift Card once the item has been received and approved by our Returns Department. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.


By placing your order with Emprada, you agree to our return policy and terms and conditions. If a package is rejected at delivery, a store credit will be provided minus shipping fees.


Emprada reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return terms and conditions. Unauthorized or non-standard returns will be shipped back to the original order's shipping address at the customer’s expense. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


We do not offer subscription services.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer an option for "Free Returns & Exchanges" coverage at checkout for $3.98. This coverage provides free return shipping when a return is requested. However, purchasing this coverage applies to one order only and does not exempt your order from our return policy. If coverage is not purchased, a return label can be obtained through the return portal at the customer's expense.

Hassle Free Return package

The Hassle-Free Return Package offers free returns and exchanges. Please note that package protection applies only to lost or damaged orders while in transit and does not cover stolen packages or provide protection after delivery. Protection ends as soon as the package is marked as delivered. If you purchased the Hassle-Free Return Package and would like to initiate an exchange, you can either include a note on your packing slip specifying the item you’d like to exchange for or contact us via email so we can process your exchange accordingly.

Return Policy Guidelines

  • All original garment packaging, tags, and security ribbons must remain intact and attached to returned items.
  • Garment tags must not be removed, damaged, torn, bent, or show any sweat, makeup, or discoloration.
  • Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition with all packaging (shoe inserts, tissue paper, plastic bags, and shoe bag) included, or a 15% repackaging fee will be deducted.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with no stains, marks, pet hair, rug hair, or any signs of use (e.g., deodorant stains, perfume scents).
  • All tags and the pink security sash must be attached to the item for acceptance.
  • All returned items are inspected under a UV forensic light for body fluids and cosmetic stains. Items with any signs of wear, damage, or fragrance will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Product colors may vary slightly from screen settings.
  • Final Sale Items

    • All accessories (belts, jewelry, hats, purses, sunglasses) and masks are final sale items.
    • For hygienic reasons, bodysuits, undergarments, swimwear, bikini bottoms, swim trunks, briefs, cover-ups, intimates, body shapers, panties, bras, and toiletries are final sale.
    • Sale items and items from the Sale Collection are final sale.

    Damaged & Missing Items

    All items are inspected for quality and checked for faults before dispatch. If any items you receive are faulty or missing, it must be reported within 24 hours. Emprada reserves the right to request photographic evidence of defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. If proven defective, incorrect, or lost, a replacement will be shipped (if in stock); otherwise, a store credit will be issued after receiving the returned item.

    International Returns

    International returns shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the customer is responsible for the goods until they are received by us. For more information, please visit here.

    Order Processing

    To ensure timely delivery, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Once an order is placed, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
